Responsibilities

Product Knowledge
Understand Drivex’s vehicle lifecycle systems, regulatory frameworks, and integration with logistics and eHailing services.

Research
Track compliance requirements from DOT and insurance bodies. Monitor operational risks and emerging legislative changes.

Deliverables
Compile compliance logs, renewal trackers, partner vetting reports, and vehicle status dashboards. Conduct audits and safety reviews.

Communication
Liaise with legal, mechanical, and operational teams. Engage with pilot partners on compliance updates, vehicle issues, and regulation changes.

Requirements

• Experience in fleet coordination, compliance, or insurance
• 3–5 years in transport logistics or motor industry operations
• Working knowledge of SA transport law, licensing, and risk standards
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Transport Management, Law, or Compliance
• Excellent documentation and systems literacy
• Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive tasks independently
